Cut pipe square and remove burrs Before applying the Solvobond roughen and clean the outer surface of PVC pipes and inner surface of socket Check the dry fit of pipe & fitting it should go upto end of pipe easily but should be came tight on half way Apply Solvobond evenly by using suitable applicator on outer surface of pipe and inner surface of socket Rotate the pipe 1/4th while inserting into the socket for better spreading of Solvobond and hold for 30 second Wipe off excess of Solvobond and leave the surface untouched for 1 hour for perfect bonding Partially emptied container should be closed immediately
